WHO I AM
I am Luciana Ferreira.
For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside leaders and organizations navigating complexity, transformation and moments that matter.
My career has brought together Pharma, Technology, Strategy and Transformation across different cultures, countries and leadership contexts.
I have led large transformation portfolios and worked with senior executives across more than 50 countries, learning to listen beyond the words, recognize patterns and ask the questions that may be uncomfortable but necessary.
Today, I bring that experience into a different kind of partnership:

My journey has taken me through technology, business transformation, strategy, leadership and organizational change.
From leading complex global programs to partnering with senior executives, I have experienced firsthand the pressure, ambiguity and responsibility that come with leadership at the highest levels.
Today, I combine that corporate experience with leadership advisory, executive assessment, biographical work and conscious leadership practices.
